Planning Board · Meeting of April 27, 2026

Easton Planning Board pushes 41 Washington Street duplex hearing to May 26. The board voted 5-0 by roll call to continue the special permit hearing for a mixed-use duplex in the town's aquifer protection district, after Strong Point Engineering said it needed more time on revised stormwater plans; the new hearing is set for May 26 at 6:30 p.m. Members also approved the April 13 minutes, 6-0.

Board member Kathy, who missed that meeting, said, "I wasn't at the meeting, but I approve your minutes," and flagged a stormwater utility committee update for the board's next session. Staff told the board a town meeting article is being finalized for May 18, alongside an economic development study and upcoming committee term expirations.
